Customer Care

We are a new business, but already highly regarded in the community for our service and products. Sometimes we are a little slow to respond but will be back with you as soon as we can. We have over 100 customers in less than a year (as I'm writing this November/2019) from all over the world, most online and few who happened to have the ability to visit the shop in person. I would say that they are all satisfied with their purchases, and if there was a problem we handled it.

Privacy & Safety

We use a verified business PayPal account to issue invoices so you can expect the buyer protection of PayPal. We ship only insured packages with tracking numbers. We don't collect or sell your private information, nor do we spam of our own content. If you want something, it's up to you!

Purchasing & Shipping

As of right now we don't have the shopping cart system linked to accept payments because of an issue with the way our web host calculates shipping. We write on every page to please contact us with your order so we can figure out shipping. We also welcome store pickups for free if you happen to be in Taiwan! Just to cover our bases, if somehow you managed to buy something without paying for shipping through the site we reserve the right to bill you separately for the shipping and associated fees. We charge a small fee for handling and packaging every order of 5% that also goes towards the very large fee we have to pay to operate in Taiwan, this fee is 9% on shipping cost. We wait for the funds to clear through PayPal into our local bank before we send the item(s) which generally takes 3-4 days from payment to in our account.

Returns & Damages

The item will be shipped fully insured and with tracking, and damage to item needs to be handled immediately with the delivery office in your country and contact me to help you with instructions. Item is non refundable unless what delivered is not what is ordered or promised to meet expectations. If either of these is the case please contact as quickly as possible from receiving the package with pictures of the package as received, packaging, damage(if applicable), with your name by email or social media.

Wholesale Inquiries

Please contact us for wholesale items. As we are not a manufacturer don't expect us to be able to get a huge discount for wholesale on most items.
