Customer Care

Your satisfaction is a top priority for us at DelicaWorks, and we stand behind this. We hold our products to high standards to offer quality items that are rigorously tested so we can be sure to offer you our best. We have been in business since 2019 with happy customers all over the world. We have made lasting relationships, met customers who visited us in Taiwan, and do our best to keep everything smooth for you. Privacy & Safety

We use a verified business PayPal account to issue invoices so you can expect the buyer protection of PayPal. We ship only insured packages with tracking numbers. We don't collect or sell your private information, nor do we spam of our own content. If you want to know our business happenings, it's your choice to follow our social media!

Purchasing & Shipping

Because of the nature of our products of shipping multiple packages, we do not offer direct purchase through the website. There are two ways to collect a final shipping quote. The first one is to add the products into the shopping cart and when you are finished go to the click on the cart and view cart and at the bottom of the page, it will give you a list of the products. Click on “SEND US MESSAGE / EMAIL”, fill out the information then submit it. We will email you back the shipping fee and grand total. The second way is to just fill out “Get a Quote on Shipping” on the bottom of the SHOP page or click on the shopping cart icon and fill it out and submit. This way you can also ask about any products that we don’t have posted or listed, or other information. As well we can be reached through social media. We can only take PayPal as payment, where we will issue you an invoice from our business account. We charge a 5% fee on items for money exchange rate fluctuations and handling. The fee will be clearly listed on the quote and invoice. Shipping costs we charge no fee on. It is also possible to do bank transfers for large or wholesale orders, we will chat directly about that method. We also offer local pickup if you are by chance in Taiwan.

Returns & Damages

The item will be shipped with tracking and fully insured, so any damage to item(s) needs to be handled immediately. If the package looks damaged please take pictures of it before opening, then take photos when you open the box to verify packing integrity. If you find the items damaged please take photos and contact with the delivery office in your country to begin an insurance claim. Also contact us to help you with instructions to help make sure the process is as quick and smooth as possible. Purchases are non refundable unless what delivered is not what was ordered, if this happens please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of our parts. We recommend parts installation done by a professional if necessary. Please ensure your vehicle is in good working order before installing upgrades. If you have made a payment, including partial payments for presale orders, we reserve the right to retain a restocking fee of 5% of the total price.
